woke up at 5.30 today n rushed my way down to east coast.. there i was getting ready for the 21km time trial.. little did i know it was abt to turn out bad.. confidently i started of the run with the rest of my team mates.. we all started off at a comfortable pace.. at my 12 km mark i started to feel a little fatique... i carried on running n running.. 14km i had to stop by the side to throw out... the first thing that came to my mind was that it was abt to affect my timing... i told myself that my run was ruined!! that means i had loads of training to do this week to get my fitness back.. guess theres more to it than just running te 21km.. there were many thoughts that came to my mind... am i running at the right pace? should i start opening up? shld i stay safe n comfortable n conserve for the end? shld i run at a faster constant pace all the way?? now i fully understand why they call it YOUR RUN! i have to start knowing my run.. hopefully by the next few weeks... sigh..
gotta go for now! have a 14km run tmr morning(: take care peeps!
